Our client is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Lawyer to join their growing and dynamic team.

Summary of the role:

The ideal candidate will provide guidance to clients on a broad range of real estate matters. Experience with land titles absolute applications drafting and reviewing longform Agreements of

Purchase and Sale and other land development work is highly valued.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience practicing real estate law in Ontario (candidates with different experience levels are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong technical skills including the ability to independently review title searches and financing packages.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Industry experience a plus but not required
