Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Assist with development and implementation of NC FAST using C ram Software.
- Serve as primary on-site contact for development-related technical questions and issues.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development matters.
- Potentially act as a senior technical developer within the project.
- Lead and contribute to functional and detailed requirement development.
- Participate in code development and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
- Drive functional and detailed software design as well as life cycle management for NC FAST implementation.
- Focus on business and workflow process modeling and business reengineering using C ram.
- Utilize COTS C ram Enterprise Framework Components and related tools (IEG2 CERT Evidence Framework).
- Employ technologies including Oracle XML Subversion and WebSphere in project tasks.
- Report project statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with NC DHHS policies and procedures.
