Job Description

Overview:
Develop and manage electronics and electrical components ensuring design supplier collaboration and execution of product strategy. Support cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers while driving value within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop document and simulate EE components

  • Define component requirements and manage supplier relationships

  • Evaluate and select new components recommend suppliers

  • Manage complex components and/or multiple less complex components

  • Execute Product Strategy Roadmap for assigned components

  • Support and mentor junior team members

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and influence within the broader organization

  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical value effectively


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of relevant experience in electronics/electrical component development

  • Advanced knowledge in EE design and component management

  • Experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong communication documentation and mentoring skills

  • Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
