Job Description
Overview:
Develop and manage electronics and electrical components ensuring design supplier collaboration and execution of product strategy. Support cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers while driving value within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop document and simulate EE components
Define component requirements and manage supplier relationships
Evaluate and select new components recommend suppliers
Manage complex components and/or multiple less complex components
Execute Product Strategy Roadmap for assigned components
Support and mentor junior team members
Collaborate cross-functionally and influence within the broader organization
Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical value effectively
Qualifications :
5 years of relevant experience in electronics/electrical component development
Advanced knowledge in EE design and component management
Experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication documentation and mentoring skills
Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
