Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses. Customer Needs Assessment: Understanding the specific needs and challenges of clients to recommend appropriate solutions. Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries. Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales territories, and achieving sales targets. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing competitive activities. Customer Support: Providing ongoing support, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Trade Shows and Events: Representing the company at agricultural events, trade shows, and field days to promote products and build relationships. Reporting: Preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation related to sales activities. Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to customers regarding product installation, usage, and troubleshooting. After-Sales Service: Offering after-sales support, including maintenance, repairs, and warranty services. Essential Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
