What Youll Do:
Being a Care Professional at Home Instead is a truly rewarding experience where no two days are the same. With a minimum of 1-hour visits and thoughtful client matching youll have the time and support to deliver high-quality person-centred care that makes a real impact.
Youll be a trusted companion a helping hand and a source of comfortbringing joy dignity and independence to the lives of older adults in your community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Companionship providing meaningful social interaction emotional support and a friendly presence
- Help with daily tasks such as meal preparation light housekeeping and everyday routines
- Accompanying clients to appointments errands or outings that help them stay connected and active
- Personal care assisting with bathing dressing grooming and other essentials to promote health and independence

Families rely on us to be their eyes and earsto notice the little things that might signal a shift in wellbeing. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and communicate clearly is key. Whether its liaising with colleagues reporting concerns or seeking support your insight helps us deliver the highest standard of care and ensures every client is in safe trusted hands.

Requirements
No formal qualifications needed! All we ask is that you have:
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
- A genuine passion for care and a desire to change lives for the bette
