Higher education in Economics or Engineering
1-3 years of experience in launching/managing diversified projects
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis budgeting forecasting investment analysis and risk management
Strong project management skills (PMP PRINCE2 certification preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to align projects with business goals
Leadership experience with a focus on motivating and guiding teams
Proficiency in MS Project and advanced PC user skills
Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively
Organization of a Due Diligence Project:
Analysis of asset condition
Analysis of financial activities (Cash Flow P&L Balance Sheet)
Analysis of legal activities (ownership litigation history etc.)
Development and Presentation of an Investment Project:
Market analysis: dynamics volumes key players price segmentation risks trends key growth factors regulatory framework and marketing policies
Calculation and forecasting of the projects key indicators (investment commercial production operational etc.)
Risk assessment for underachievement of project KPIs probability of occurrence and possible response strategies
Development of the enterprise/project strategy including market entry or transformation strategy
Justification of the need for investment before the Investor(s)
Project Planning and Implementation:
Acquisition of the project (transaction execution coordination of legal and financial teams)
Refinement of strategy and implementation plan
Resource provision (personnel premises equipment transportation etc.)
Monitoring project execution at all implementation stages
Enterprise optimization: cost calculation product output indicators production chain analysis and development of cost-reduction measures
Preparation of the annual budget; development of financial production marketing logistics and other operational plans
Organization of reporting by key indicators
Coordination of the management companys structural units
Project / Portfolio Control and Decision-Making:
Monitoring achievement of key project KPIs
Risk assessment and control initiation of measures for mitigation or resolution
Evaluation of project staff performance
Initiation of decisions on project development suspension or exit
Preparation of materials concepts reports and analytical data for the Investor(s)
