Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding visa work permit labor contract payroll income tax system administration.
- Management of company social security accounts and bank accounts. Corporate finance and tax-related
- Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
- Maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
- Ensure accuracy and updates of the professionals personal information in compliance with our privacy policies.
- Any other supporting tasks required.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or above.
- 3-5 years HR related work experience with solid knowledge of payroll taxation. B2B service experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English Chinese is a plus.
- Proficient in using office software (Word PPT Excel and outlook)
- A strong communicator an outgoing personality and a motivation to learn.
