Job Summary

This position is responsible for reviewing Co Brand applications from our Issuers.  The role performs due diligence checks on applications from Issuers and Co Brand partner to ensure eligibility to participate in the program.  Additionally the analyst will be responsible for updating the relevant Visa systems and occasionally providing updates back to the business and line manager.  It will be important to be able to interact with clients be comfortable with tools and systems and following processes across various teams. 

  • Ensure Co Brand applications are reviewed and processed within set timelines
  • Respond to queries with a customer focused lens and acting as the first point of contact
  • Ensure applications and requests from mailbox are responded within timelines
  • Run data extracts and running weekly MI reports to provide summary of application load
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demand
  • Review and assess end to end process documentations
  • Provide escalation to Senior Manager; exercising judgment to identify unusual scenarios or potential risks
  • Identify operational process improvement opportunities

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
