Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of a SaaS-based product. You will play a dual role driving product strategy and vision while also managing the product backlog and working closely with the development team.

Product Strategy & Vision
- Contribute to and evolve the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap adjusting based on user feedback analytics and market trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities for differentiation.
Product Ownership & Execution
- Act as the Product Owner in Agile teams owning and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Write detailed user stories acceptance criteria and manage refinement sessions.
- Work closely with designers developers QA and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-impact features.
- Lead sprint planning reviews and retrospectives with the Scrum team.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and define success metrics.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and ensure the platform delivers value.
Business and Metrics
- Monitor and analyze product usage metrics engagement data and feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
- Support go-to-market and business forecasting discussions where needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in SaaS product development.
- Certification in Scrum and or Product Management.
