Job Description

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

Ready to work with numbers that actually tell a story We re looking for a Bookkeeper who thrives on precision organisation and making financial operations flow like this role you ll manage accurate records keep everything compliant with accounting standards and support smooth audits and reporting. You ll be the go-to for keeping finances sharp streamlined and stress-free so the business can focus on growing while you keep the books in perfect shape.

What Youll Do
  • Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable and receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in processing payroll managing tax withholdings and preparing filings such as tax forms and compliance reports.
  • Support the generation of financial statements including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow summaries.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor invoices payment schedules and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and categorize expenses to support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with accountants or auditors to resolve discrepancies and ensure audit readiness.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and implement corrective measures as needed.


Requirements

What You Bring
We re looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor s degree in Accountancy Finance or a similar field.
  • Three or more years of experience in bookkeeping accounting or a related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
