Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using Sage Intacct.
Assist in month-end closing processes including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all accounting procedures.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Maintain organized accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
Proven experience with Sage Intacct in AP and AR functions.
Strong understanding of month-end accounting processes.
Prior experience working with US-based nonprofit organizations.
Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
