This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday
- Client Timezone: UK

Job Description
Lead the charge in social media marketing for a dynamic merchandise company that s ready to take their digital presence to the next level. You ll spearhead innovative micro-influencer campaigns on Instagram while working alongside an established marketing team that provides comprehensive support and resources. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic collaboration with the opportunity to shape the company s social media strategy during an exciting expansion phase.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement and growth across Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Execute comprehensive outreach programs targeting micro-influencers on Instagram
- Collaborate with the established marketing team and manager Emily to leverage existing content resources
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies and campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners
- Support broader marketing initiatives while focusing on social media excellence
- Contribute to the success of a pilot program with significant expansion potential
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Facebook and Instagram marketing strategies
- Proven experience in influencer outreach and partnership development
- Strong background in social media content creation and campaign management
- Excellent collaborative skills for working with established marketing teams
- Outstanding communication abilities for professional influencer outreach
- Previous social media marketing experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work UK hours with some schedule adaptability
- Commitment to a 3-6 month pilot program with potential for long-term career growth
