Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and customize Zoho CRM Creator Analytics and Inventory applications.
Create and maintain Deluge scripts to automate workflows and improve system functionality.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms for seamless operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
Optimize system processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
Troubleshoot test and maintain Zoho systems for optimal performance.
Prepare documentation for configurations workflows and processes.
Provide training and support for end-users on Zoho tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM Creator Analytics and Inventory.
Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting language.
Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
Experience with third-party platform integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
