IKEA Delft store is currently looking for a colleague with an expertise on the following HR topic: Learning & Development.

About the role
As an Human Resources Advisor at IKEA Delft store you are part of the HR this position you will secure a great learning experience and effective learning delivery in the store with the aim of enabling business through competent and engaged IKEA co-workers who deliver an excellent customer addition you:

  • Have a good knowledge of learning delivery methods and how to meet the competence development needs of both co- workers and leaders.
  • Deliver High Potential Programs that spot and develop talents and create Future Leaders. 
  • Deliver the calculation that shows the return on investment of the Learning Programs and Solutions and link it with business KPIs and HR KPIs to Learning and Development KPIs.  
  • Ensure that global tools and learning offers are implemented and localized based on needs in co-creation with Inter IKEA Systems B.V. (Core Business Franchise). 
  • Create engage and develop a pool of competent facilitators for the various learning solutions.
  • Drive the execution of training calendar for both leadership and competence development in the store securing learning data reporting within area of responsibility.
  • Use digital tools and systems that support an efficient and accurate learning delivery process and follow-up.
  • Network with stakeholders in the store to identify understand and gather their learning and development needs.

What does IKEA Delft offer 

  • Monthly salary between 3800 and 5080 EUR gross (based on full-time employment) based on experience and background.
  • Contract duration of 1 year with the prospect of a permanent position.
  • 13th month and holiday allowance. 
  • 27 vacation days (for full-time employment) and travel expense reimbursement.
  • Pension scheme.
  • 15% discount on your store purchases so you can create the feeling of an IKEA showroom at home.
  • Nutritious and healthy lunch and dinner options in our co-worker restaurant.
  • Supplementary health insurance which is added to your own basic and supplementary health insurance.

Availability
At IKEA the customer is always our main focus. Our customers visit the store at various times also in the evening weekends during national and school holidays.

For HR the working hours are mainly from Monday to Friday during the day but the HR department is also open on Saturdays. We cover the Saturday shift by rotation.

We expect that you will be present to meet our co-workers in their everyday life at work. For this reason the HR team is required to work every day in the store. Together we secure that IKEA Delft Store is great place to work.
