What Youll Do

HSE Program Development & Implementation

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs tailored to offshore operational requirements
  
• Ensure strict regulatory compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations
  
• Design safety management systems that protect personnel assets and the environment
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all HSE performance areas
  

Safety Auditing & Risk Management

• Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and compliance gaps
  
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective risk management strategies
  
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and implement corrective actions for improvement
  
• Evaluate operational procedures and recommend safety enhancements
  

Incident Investigation & Prevention

• Lead comprehensive incident and accident investigations using systematic methodologies
  
• Analyze incident data to identify root causes and develop prevention strategies
  
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with actionable recommendations
  
• Implement lessons learned programs to prevent incident recurrence across operations
  

Training & Emergency Response Coordination

• Provide specialized HSE training and coaching to operational personnel at all levels
  
• Coordinate emergency response initiatives and crisis management protocols
  
• Develop and deliver safety awareness programs and competency assessments
  
• Lead emergency response drills and evaluate response effectiveness

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or related field with HSE focus
  
• HSE qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognized safety certification)
  
• Incident investigation certification demonstrating systematic investigation competency
  
• Risk assessment training with proven risk management capabilities
  
• BOSIET/FOET (Basic/Further Offshore Emergency Training) certification
  

What You Bring

• 5-10 years of comprehensive HSE experience in oil & gas operations
  
• Emergency response training with crisis management and coordination experience
  
• Auditing qualifications with proven audit methodology and reporting skills
  
• Valid medical certificate demonstrating fitness for offshore HSE operations
  
• Extensive knowledge of HSE regulations standards and compliance requirements
  
• Proven expertise in incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis
  
• Strong training and coaching abilities for developing safety competency
  
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and safety leadership
  
• Risk assessment and management expertise with hazard identification capabilities
