Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications :
- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth efficient service.
- Lead and motivate front desk staff providing training and performance feedback.
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain service standards.
- Monitor check-in/check-out procedures reservations and billing accuracy.
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with front office systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in Opera is a must
