Job Description

English teacher is responsible for instructing students in the English language encompassing grammar composition and literature. Their duties include developing lesson plans facilitating classroom discussions assessing student progress and fostering a positive learning environment. They aim to enhance students reading writing and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

Creating and delivering engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards and tailored to diverse learning styles.

Language Instruction:

Teaching grammar vocabulary syntax pronunciation and different literary genres.

Reading and Literature:

Guiding students in the interpretation of literary works including novels poetry and other texts.

Writing Skills:

Developing students writing abilities through various assignments such as essays reports and creative writing pieces.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluating student work through assignments tests and projects providing constructive feedback to support their progress.

Classroom Management:

Establishing a positive and productive learning environment managing student behavior and fostering a respectful atmosphere.

Communication:

Maintaining open communication with students parents and colleagues to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

Professional Development:

Continuously updating knowledge of the subject matter and teaching methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication is crucial for effective teaching and interaction with students parents and colleagues.
