Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of complex customer programs ensuring timelines quality and client satisfaction.
Manage and mentor program managers and technical leads.
Collaborate with engineering product and sales teams to align deliverables with requirements.
Oversee program governance risk management and stakeholder reporting.
Act as the main customer liaison for program execution.
Requirements:
BTech/BE in Computer Science Electronics or related field (from a premier institute).
5 years in Technical Program Management plus hands-on software engineering background.
Strong grasp of software development processes tools and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder cross-functional programs.
Preferred:
AI/ML or enterprise software product experience.
Exposure to Fortune 500/global enterprise clients.
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid program methodologies.
