We re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs across diverse roles. If youre experienced in full-cycle recruitment and have a solid talent network we re excited to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage suitable candidates as per specific job mandates
- Conduct screening and shortlisting aligned with role expectations
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Manage follow-ups post-interviews and assist with a seamless onboarding experience
- Regularly maintain and update recruitment dashboards and trackers
- Juggle multiple hiring assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines
What We re Looking For:
- Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment (either with an agency or corporate setup)
- Proven skills in sourcing through job boards social channels and referrals
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication capabilities
- A self-starter who can independently manage tasks and timelines
