Job Description
Audit and Certification of Running account bills
Non Tendered Items rate recommendation for approval
Review of Budgets BOQs Specifications documents etc. for the respective site
Conducting Internal QS Audit (includes review of works executed w.r.t. Specs provided in BOQ verification of MARs etc)
Attending various issues related to bill certification and dispute resolution etc.
ACR review and control with variation statement as per GFC
Qualifications :
BTech MTech Diploma (Civil) with minimum of 8-10 Years of relevant experience
Should have handled multiple projects residential & commercial projects
Additional Information :
Should be convergent with relevant IS codes Tender clauses specifications etc.
Should have knowledge on Present Prevailing Market rates Tender conditions
Review of tender document general conditions payment terms etc. along with highlighting the special conditions of the contract
