About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Manager to lead our Volume Hiring Talent Acquisition team focused on the US Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruitment a deep understanding of the healthcare hiring landscape and proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists focused on volume hiring for various healthcare roles.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple healthcare facilities and client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and priorities.
- Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes to improve candidate experience reduce time-to-fill and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Use data analytics and recruitment metrics to monitor team performance identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee sourcing strategies including leveraging job boards social media staffing agencies and direct outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to all legal regulatory and organizational policies related to healthcare staffing and employment practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting on recruitment progress challenges and successes.
- Foster a high-performance team culture emphasizing collaboration accountability and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field.
- 6 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role preferably in volume hiring within the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns effectively.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruitment CRM tools and MS Office.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
