Job Description
- Assist in recording organizing and maintaining financial transactions and documents
- Support monthly expense tracking reconciliation and reporting
- Help prepare invoices purchase orders and payment schedules
- Assist in reviewing and verifying expense claims
- Work with the Finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Based in Bali.
- Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting Finance or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Eager to learn proactive and able to work independently or in a team
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus
