Contract management (German speaking) for HR Services Hub - Fixed-term

 Manage contractual modifications across our organization in Germany with precision and attention to detail

 Ensure accurate and timely handling of all contractual changes related to position changes transfers or any other employment modifications

 Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal and HR compliance in all contract modifications

 Act as the primary point of contact for handling employment contracts of our colleagues in Germany

 Ensure consistency accuracy and precise documentation throughout the contract management proces

Qualifications :

 Background: University degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas

 Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services Administration or comparable support areas

 Personality: You are detail- and solution oriented and accurate. You work well in complex structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills

 Languages:

• Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
• Mid-level English (B1) skills
• Hungarian language knowledge is not a requirement

What gives you further advantages:

  Previous experience in working with Austrian stakeholders is an advantage

  SAP Workday Successfactors EC or other corporate governance system knowledge is an advantage
