Lead motivate and manage a team of German-speaking Retention Agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor team performance implement KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
Provide ongoing training coaching and performance feedback to improve results.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and reactivation.
Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Foster a positive high-energy and results-driven team environment.
Collaborate with other departments (Compliance Marketing Sales) to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations.
Requirements:
Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Proven track record of successfully managing a retention or sales team within the Forex/Financial Services industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
