We are looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to support our commercial activities and contribute to sales growth in the Brazilian market. This person will be responsible for executing lead prospecting and follow-up processes supporting the team in preparing proposals following up with clients and contributing to lead generation strategies. This is an ideal position for someone with some experience in sales who is eager to develop in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Client Relationship
- Support in prospecting new clients (inbound and outbound).
- Follow up on leads and ongoing opportunities.
- Assist in expanding relationships with existing clients identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Lead & Opportunity Management
- Update and organize data in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Ensure lead and client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor basic conversion and performance metrics.
Sales Support
- Prepare presentations and commercial proposals.
- Support the sales team during meetings events and client relationship activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve the sales approach and customer experience.
Collaboration with Marketing
- Support lead generation campaigns alongside the marketing team (email marketing social media events etc.).
- Monitor and provide feedback on the quality of leads received.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (6 months to 2 years) in sales prospecting or commercial support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- English: Advanced (mandatory).
- Spanish: Nice to have.
