Job Description
The Premium Service Representative will endorse and maintain the departments business objectives by executing all the required compliance operational and service initiatives inside the Premium Gaming areas. Reporting to the Premium Area Managers this role will support the Premium Gaming team in meeting its strategic objectives by faithfully following all compliance processes skilfully performing all operational initiatives and providing a professional but personable level of exceptional service.
Additional Information :
As the position is within a 24-hour / 7 day a week operation team members must have full availability to work a 24/7 rotational roster and be prepared to operate in various Premium Gaming (including Riverside Room and Pearl Room) areas throughout their shift.
Objectives of This Role:
- Execute all the core compliance operational and service initiatives inside the Premium Gaming areas.
- Implement the departments business objectives and seek clarity when required.
- Perform all service recovery with consideration for the departments financial objectives and all without compromising Responsible Gaming guidelines.
- Be respectful professional and mature when involved in workplace behaviour and performance processes.
- Adhere respectfully to all directives from the Premium Area Managers abide by Crowns Values - appropriately escalating any off-brand concerns.
- Delegate appropriately by maintaining relationships with the various pertinent stakeholders.
- Report competently on all the key Premium Gaming area deliverables.
- Facilitate the end-to-end processes of promotions and event as required.
- Communicate consistently with management for a clear vision of all end-to-end processes and objectives
