Our client is a fast-growing visa services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Review and verify application documents in Japanese and collect applications for visa processing.
Respond to applicant and customer inquiries through in-person interaction email or telephone communication.
Conduct cash and banking transactions if required ensuring complete accuracy and compliance.
Accurately record and maintain application data ensuring timely and error-free data entry into the system.
Coordinate all administrative and logistical aspects related to passport dispatch to consulates applicants or logistics providers.
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures manuals and established processes without deviations.
Communicate available Value-Added Services to applicants and ensure their proper delivery to customers.
Actively encourage applicants to share feedback regarding services received and their overall experience at the application center.
Guarantee completion of the application process within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Provide support to the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in the implementation of the WB Project.
Promote the responsible and efficient use of natural resources.
Comply with the organization s environmental health and safety objectives policies and guidelines.
Educational and Experience:
Minimum requirement: Currently pursuing or having completed graduation (equivalent to at least 12 years of formal education).
Must possess proficiency in English.
Preferred: A graduate degree or international equivalent.
0 to 12 months of relevant experience ideally in the travel tourism or service industry.
Knowledge & Core Skills:
Basic computer in Microsoft Office applications with good typing speed.
Strong adaptability and the ability to manage customer queries and complaints with a composed approach.
Familiarity with the local language.
Capability to innovate and streamline processes to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Skilled in operations management project coordination and end-to-end project delivery.
Proficient in B2C sales and adept at managing client relationships to ensure mission success.
Proficiency in the local language including reading writing and speaking.
High fluency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of any additional international language will be considered an added advantage (region-specific language skills may be evaluated where applicable).
