- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education specifically with toddlers.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Flexible patient and enthusiastic demeanor.
