Job Title: Equipment Operator I

Your role at Michael Kors:
As an Equipment Operator you are responsible for moving material within a warehouse while adhering to campus rules and meeting productivity quality and safety standards. Other duties may include loading unloading palletizing receiving locating picking and packing products along with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned. This position reports to a warehouse lead supervisor or manager as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:
- Operating the electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift in and around the campus.
- Loads and unloads shipments pallets etc.
- Maintains a clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Processes orders for shipment including picking packing checking and restocking.
- Operates Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner).
- Wraps orders on a pallet for shipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. push and or pull up to 50 lbs.

Were excited about you if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience operating the electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proven experience using RF scanners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work overtime as needed. Overtime may be prior to and/or after scheduled work hours.
- Ability to multitask and work inclusively with others.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and work well under pressure.
Wed love to see:
- Experience using radio frequency (RF) scanners or warehouse software systems.
- Knowledge or the ability to learn computer software systems.
