You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Manager of Customer Service & Purchasing you will unify two critical functions under your leadership to drive customer satisfaction operational excellence and strategic vendor management. Reporting to the President you will spearhead the optimization of both departments to ensure seamless service delivery and procurement efficiency.
Lead and develop a high-performing customer service team (including service coordinators and technicians) to deliver responsive knowledgeable support.
Oversee warranty claims in-home consultations technical support and service issue resolution.
Design and implement KPIs to monitor response times issue resolution rates and overall customer satisfaction.
Advocate for customer needs across internal teams enabling proactive solutions and improved retention.
Manage procurement processes vendor relationships and supply chain operations for window and door products.
Negotiate pricing delivery terms and lead times balancing cost efficiency with quality and availability.
Collaborate with service and operations teams to forecast demand anticipate inventory needs and reduce supply delays.
Align customer service and purchasing strategies to support company growth margin goals and delivery objectives.
Report to the President on operational metrics vendor performance and service outcomes.
Contribute to process improvements technology adoption (e.g. CRM or procurement systems) and overall customer experience enhancement.
10 years of experience in residential and commercial window and door industry with demonstrated leadership in service and purchasing roles.
In-depth product knowledge across window door garage door and screen lines.
Proven ability to manage professional teams optimize procurement and deliver results in a customer-focused environment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset and operational acumen.
