Job Description

Mechanical (Plumbing Piping HVAC) Engineer PE

Currently looking for an experienced Mechanical (Plumbing Piping HVAC) Engineer PE. We are a large Mechanical Contractor that specializes in large Design-Build Plumbing/HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will hold a current PE License and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.


Responsibilities for the Plumbing Piping HVAC Engineer PE

  • Lead complex Design/Engineering of Commercial Plumbing Piping and HVAC Systems
  • Review and approval of Load Calculations and Engineering on multiple projects before submittals
  • Work closely with Senior Management Design and Engineering team

Requirements for the Plumbing Piping HVAC Engineer PE

  • PE License
  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
  • Currently a Mechanical Engineer at Mechanical Contractor
  • Advanced knowledge of state building codes

Preferred:

  • Masters in Mechanical Engineering
  • Prior field experience
  • LEED AP Certification
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit Navisworks Manage BlueBeam MS Project Trane Trace 700 Carrier HAP eQuest Title 24
