Job Description
Mechanical (Plumbing/HVAC) Estimator position in Santa Ana CA
We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Southern CA with an immediate opening for an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.
Work with Chief Estimator and Estimating team to build accurate profitable and winning Estimates. Build Quantity Take-Offs in Quickpen MS Excel and BlueBeam. Contact vendors for pricing information.
This is a permanent position with an extensive benefits package and career-growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Job title is Estimator or Similar
- Works for Mechanical or Plumbing Contractor
- Lives in CA
- Stable work-history
Preferred:
- Local to Orange County CA
- Apprentice Journeyman or Foreman experience
- Bachelors in Mehcnaical Engineering Construction or similar
- Experience with Quickpen or Accubid BlueBeam MS Excel MS Project
