Job Title: Cafe Manager
Location: 109 First Floor International Business Centre (IBC) Piplod Surat Gujarat 395007
Shift Timings: 1011 hours (Flexible break shift)
Shift Start Time: 8:30 AM or 12:30 PM (As decided by Management)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Manager to oversee the daily operations of Cafe de Meet. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams ensure excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency across flexible shift timings. The ideal candidate will be adaptable proactive and committed to maintaining high service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily caf operations and team performance
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal shift coverage
- Oversee smooth transitions between shifts and maintain break shift productivity
- Handle customer escalations promptly while ensuring service satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Train mentor and support new and existing team members
- Assist in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Monitor inventory levels manage vendor coordination and ensure store/site upkeep
- Maintain accurate records of operational metrics and report to senior management
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in team leadership or shift supervision
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills under pressure
- Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends or extended hours if required
Preferred Background:
- Experience in retail hospitality or customer service industries
- Familiarity with customer service standards and basic HR practices
- Proficient in using tools like Excel Google Sheets or basic POS/ERP systems
