EDUCATION:
Must have at minimum:
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management public groups and/or boards of directors.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS: Must have a valid Texas drivers license and a clear driving record. Must have up-to-date University of North Texas Workplace Inclusive and Sustainable Employment (UNTWISE) Job Skills Training Credential and Job Placement Credential or be willing/approved to obtain all credentials within the first ninety (90) days of employment.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE SKILLS: Proven ability to work with individuals with different interests and opinions and to build effective teams in a volunteer environment. Ability to communicate orally and in writing to a wide range of people. Effective planning and organizational skills. Appropriate level of computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. High level of energy motivation persistence and positive attitude.

While performing the duties of this job the employee
Must be able to stand up to eight hours a day.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to airborne particles (dust and lint). The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to very noisy.
The noise level in the work environment varies from quiet to loud.
INTERNAL CONTACTS: Frequent contact with Goodwill employees from all areas of the organization Goodwill participants and their families youth and community volunteers.
EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Private and corporate citizens as well as members of county state and federal government college and university staff and individuals from other organizations and vendors.
