Position Details:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role giving you autonomy and flexibility over your schedule and work-life balance.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Conducting intake assessments and therapy sessions on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Creating individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
- Completing timely documentation.
- Participating in team meetings and case consultations when your schedule allows.
- Representing Evolution Wellness professionally and compassionately.
Schedule:
- Part-time weekend shifts only (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Caseload varies depending on your availability and client demand.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Counseling or related field.
- Current North Carolina license as LCSW LMFT or LCMHC.
- Commitment to compassionate client-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
