Job Description

Workweek: Monday through Friday 35 Hours
Salary Range: $30000 - $40000
Location: Parsippany In-Office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Receptionist or Administrative Support Specialist may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responds quickly to a multi-line telephone system; answers and routes calls.
  • Greets customers vendors job applicants and other visitors in a courteous friendly and timely manner.
  • Provides entry level administrative support including but not limited to typing filing copying and coordinating calendars.
  • Sorts and routes mail correspondence packages and messages for timely delivery to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinates meeting rooms and organizes catering.
  • Maintains reception area(s) and conference room(s); keeps areas tidy.
  • Scans documents.
  • Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
  • Performs any other duties as requested.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED require
  • Real Estate/Title experience preferred.

Language Skills

Ability to read analyze and interpret general business documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; a fax machine; a copier/scanning machine; and a multi-line telephone.
