SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting the Service Team with equipment service and
repairs ensuring a clean and organized work environment and preparing new and demo equipment of
Clients product lines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with equipment diagnostics service and repairs.
Quality control for new and demo equipment needed for the sales team.
Quality control for equipment that has been repaired or serviced.
Ensure a clean organized and safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma GED or previous experience.
Minimum 3 months related live event production experience and/or training or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Microsoft Office applications experience a plus.
Problem solving abilities
Familiar with the use of diagnostic and repair tools such as multimeter oscilloscope DMX
tester soldering tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with
customers and colleagues.
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and/or weekends as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Occasionally required to stand.
Occasionally required to walk.
Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
Occasionally required to climb balance bend stoop kneel or crawl.
Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
While performing the duties of this job the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
