- Our total compensation package including Overtime benefits company vehicle and tools provides an equivalent hourly value of over $53.00 per hour.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2500 with $1250 paid after the first four weeks of your employment and the remaining $1250 after completion of 3 months.

Basic Requirements - Experience in performing tile take-offs and accurately calculating material requirements for projects.
- Ability to conduct layout mock-ups present them to clients and secure approvals.
- Proficiency in working with various tile sizes from sheeted mosaics to large formats.
- Demonstrated ability to install shower pans and waterproofing with high precision ensuring 100% successful inspections.
- Expertise in leveling sloping and constructing plumb surfaces.
- Experience with the installation and testing of Schluter Ditra heat mats and floor heating coils.
- Basic carpentry skills for the construction of custom niches.
- Extensive experience with a diverse range of materials including but not limited to Schluter and Laticrete products.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience working with various substrates such as cement plywood and linoleum.
- Strong proficiency in executing complex tile layouts and patterns.
- Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Possession of a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on experience as a professional Tile Installer.
- Physical ability to safely lift heavy objects.

Interview Process Heres what you can expect as you move through our hiring process: - Initial Contact: Upon reviewing your application our Talent Acquisition Manager will contact you for a brief 30-minute interview.
- On-site Interview: The next step is an in-person interview with our Director of Installation at our San Francisco showroom typically lasting 30-45 minutes.
- Skills Assessment: A practical skills assessment will be conducted involving a shower pan installation and pressure testing. This assessment is compensated for 2-3 hours regardless of the outcome.
- Reference Check: After your interview we will reach out to your provided professional references to verify your quality craftsmanship and client relationships.
- Offer: We move fast. Our goal is to go from a first conversation to an offer in as little as one week.
