We are launching a new integration project that connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services and APIs using to support platform integration.
- Design and implement scalable secure and maintainable solutions on AWS.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.
Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of AWS services such as Lambda API Gateway S3 DynamoDB CloudFormation etc.
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD Docker Terraform etc.).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center platforms.
- Prior work with companies in the contact center domain such as Genesis Alvaria or Black Rock.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g. CloudWatch ELK stack).
