Receptionist Full-Time
FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg East
The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work customer service data entry tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: friendly approachable efficient accurate well-organized flexible has a love for learning is confident and outgoing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer screen and forward incoming calls
- Provide information to customers taking messages and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
- Greeting all in-store customers
- Provide administrative support and ordering dealership supplies
- Supporting our Sales Parts and Service Departments with daily tasks (stocking shelves assisting with displays etc.)
- Assist with general showroom cleanliness and organization
- Promoting strong communication between departments and fellow staff members
Key Qualifications:
- Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
- Highly organized and accurate with excellent multi-tasking skills
- A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
- Powersports and Marine experience is considered an asset
