Position Status: Permanent Full-Time

Description of the Position:
Reporting into the Manager Infrastructure & Support Services this dynamic role supports Foundation employees through the management of the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite. Responsibility includes continuous research on how to best utilize the various tools and meeting regularly with business to users assist with usage adoption and to improve business processes and collaboration.
You will:
- Maintain and support SharePoint sites Teams hubs channels and related document libraries.
- Manage data storage backups access permissions and data retention policies.
- Assist with data migration and configuration of new collaboration spaces in Teams and SharePoint.
- Design and implement M365 and Power Automate workflows and automations to improve business processes.
- Provide training and support to business units on managing their own SharePoint and Teams environments.
- Advise teams on the effective use of Microsoft 365 tools based on their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document project requirements track progress and support deliverables.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues related to Teams and SharePoint including access and setup.
- Support device compliance and configuration across Windows iOS and macOS using Intune.
- Stay current on Microsoft 365 developments including new features like Microsoft Copilot and assess their relevance to the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience a College Diploma or a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud applications and admin tools.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Teams and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of workflow automation using M365 tools like Power Automate.
- Experience working with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently.
- Experience in device compliance authentication and deployment via Intune.

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range: $70.056 $82418; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $98902. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience skills and qualifications relevant to the Associate Collaboration Technology.
