Business Development & Account Manager
Role Details:
Grow Employment is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and account management across NSW and TAS. This full-time (part-time available) contract role focuses on building strong relationships with host employers driving strategic growth and managing existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new host employer partnerships
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Represent Grow Employment at industry events and forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently across regions
- Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools
