Job Description

Business Development & Account Manager

Role Details:

  • Location: NSW or TAS (Hybrid)
  • Type: Full-time (part-time available)
  • Immediate start available
  • Grow Employment is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and account management across NSW and TAS. This full-time (part-time available) contract role focuses on building strong relationships with host employers driving strategic growth and managing existing client accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and secure new host employer partnerships
    • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies
    • Represent Grow Employment at industry events and forums
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery

    Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in business development or account management
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently across regions
    • Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools
