Title:
Data Modernization and AI/ML Business StrategistPOSITION SUMMARY:
This role owns end-to-end review of existing Technology Solutions business processes and legacy data recommending and driving a structured data migration. This includes evaluating AI/ML opportunities prioritizing use cases and delivering a phased implementation roadmap.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current business workflows and associated unstructured legacy data sources.
- Identify high-value data assets and recommend which should be migrated to a structured system outlining data governance cataloging and quality requirements.
- Develop a detailed implementation roadmap for data migration including timelines resource estimates and risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze the potential impact of AI/ML on migrated and existing data defining value drivers and prioritizing machine learning use cases.
- Produce a multi-phase AI/ML adoption plan specifying technology stack proof-of-concept pilots and full-scale deployment steps.
- Collaborate with IT corporate digital team and business stakeholders to secure buy-in and facilitate seamless execution.
- Define success metrics and governance models for ongoing data management and AI/ML operations.
- Advise leaders on technology strategy and policy issues related to AI/ML.
- Special Projects as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven performer with strong analytical skills. Demonstrated self-starter and independent thinker possessing strong organizational skills.
- 3 years experience in a technical role sealing with data analytics digitalization AI/ML.
- Experience in EPC licensing and/ or process technology or related technical offerings
Education:
- B.S. in a technical discipline MSc computer/ data science preferred
