Surgery Center Administrator
Location: Cincinnati OH 45202
Salary: $130000 $160000/year Bonus Signing Bonus Full Benefits Paid Relocation
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to serve as Surgery Center Administrator for a state-of-the-art facility with 3 ORs and 2 PRs specializing in Spinal Orthopedic and Pain Management procedures.
The ideal candidate will bring Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure and will be passionate about driving operational excellence quality care and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate all aspects of the facilitys daily operations ensuring efficient high-quality surgical services.
Serve as liaison between the Governing Board Medical Staff and all facility departments.
Oversee staffing budgets purchasing and compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Negotiate and manage contracts pricing and purchasing plans.
Lead business operations including financial performance monitoring marketing initiatives and strategic service development.
Manage personnel administration including hiring evaluations training and productivity analysis.
Ensure compliance with all clinical quality improvement infection control and credentialing standards.
Collaborate with the Medical Director to enhance and expand surgical service offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing Business or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or hospital surgical services with ASC exposure.
Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
