You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are searching for a collaborative and empathetic mentor for our Housing Coach opening. As our Housing Coach you will guide youth ages sixteen to twenty-four toward safe affordable housing and independent living. Bringing a person-centered trauma-informed approach you will assist participants with goals that directly impact their long-term housing such as gaining employment finishing school reading leases and being good tenants. Simultaneously you will ensure basic needs including mental and physical health are met. You will accomplish this by:

Westmoreland Community Action (WCA) is a non-profit organization that works to connect individuals and families to opportunities and resources throughout the community to improve their quality of life and help to reduce poverty in the community. This is accomplished through housing counseling support education intervention collaborations partnerships information referrals and networking.
Our youth programs aim to provide comprehensive support and opportunities for young people to thrive academically socially and emotionally. We offer housing programs and other services meant to ensure that challenged youth reach self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.
