What You Will Achieve
The CD&OQ Project Manager is responsible for owning and driving the tactical management and pull-through of operational resources including planning managing and supporting CD&OQ program development and implementation.
They will act as a key partner in organizing and managing high priority projects identifying tracking and reporting project risks and actively maintaining transparency of work timelines and deliverables across program stakeholder groups.
The Project Manager will be vocal visible and proactive members of the team to deliver results. They must be able to thrive in unchartered territory and complexity and be a voice of discipline and structure to enable development and deployment of processes operational solutions and or change management strategies that meet the needs of the business. Alongside a growth mindset they will understand and be able to deploy waterfall or Agile principles and methods and possess excellent Project management discipline to enable on-time and quality delivery of key initiatives.
