LPN/Charge Nurse Requirements:
- Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments
- Collect store and ensure the transport of certain specimens for laboratory studies
- Communicate with physicians via telephone fax and Physician Communication forms
- Ensure physician orders laboratory reports and other data are scanned and filed in resident charts
- Assist in the development and revision of service plans. Inform the Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
- Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
- Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently LPN/LVN
- Maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
