Job Description

SUMMARY

TheFF&E Channel Manageris responsible for designing and optimizing supply chain solutions for new and existing FF&E clients. This role combines data analysis warehouse observation and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency. The FF&E Channel Manager is a member of the FF&E team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with client purchasing teams Armada Supply Chain and Field Services Managers to identify freight and distribution cost-savings opportunities.
  • Design supply chain solutions that minimize landed costs to client construction sites.
  • Document and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate plan changes effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data alignment between client systems and Armadas planning and operations teams.
  • Review and correct master data to support accurate supply chain design.
  • Calculate and recommend optimal order quantities at the supplier and SKU level.
  • Apply knowledge of FF&E cost drivers to maximize client value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for FF&E Channel Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience Requirement

Minimum:

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain / Logistics.
  • 1-3 years experience in Transportation Warehousing and Inventory Management
  • 1-3 years experience with data analysis

Preferred:

  • Experience developing and/or utilizing logistics-related modeling tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tibco Spotfire Tableau Qlikview is a plus
  • Ability to Relocate
  • Experience in FF&E distribution and logistics with a manufacturer dealer or procurement organization.


Language and Technical Skills requirement

  • Effectively communicates (verbal & written) with internal/external clients
  • Presents complex solutions simply and persuasively to stakeholders.
  • Transforms granular data into broad impactful supply chain solutions
  • Possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Access. Knowledge in SQL and ability to program Macros (VBA) is a plus.
  • Able to aggregate manipulate and automate data
  • Data-driven fact-based detail-oriented approach to analysis and problem solving
  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to work independently within a team environment

  • Work is usually performed in an office environment with normal noise levels. Involves prolonged sitting and computer usage.
  • Work may involve travel (<25%)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment to become familiar with FF&E client products and their physical characteristics (<25%)
