Make an Impact

As the Business Analysts Team Lead you will lead and mentor the Business Analyst function while also contributing as a hands-on Senior Business Analyst across key this dual role you will guide your team in developing clear business requirements identifying improvement opportunities and producing actionable specifications for systems and process enhancements. You will work within the Project Management Office (PMO) and align business analysis practices with project management standards supporting consistent and effective project delivery. Central to this role is building strong relationships with stakeholders to shape successful project outcomes and lead organisational transformation initiatives. Your contribution will enhance customer experiences and deliver value-for-money outcomes across Endeavour Foundations project portfolio.

Key duties of this role are to:

  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing values-driven Business Analyst team aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Drive a performance-based culture through effective stakeholder engagement cross-functional collaboration and a strong focus on results.
  • Apply a range of business analysis techniques to identify opportunities solve problems and deliver actionable insights.
  • Facilitate workshops and document current and future state processes to support solution design and decision-making.
  • Ensure effective project delivery by supporting the full SDLC including transition testing change management and training.
  • Uphold governance and assurance practices by contributing to project reporting risk management and change control.
  • Champion continuous improvement in business analysis standards tools and methodologies across the project portfolio.

What you can bring to the team

You bring strong leadership coaching and mentoring capabilities with a proven ability to support and guide high-performing teams. With a solid understanding of both predictive and adaptive delivery methodologies you tailor your approach to suit each project. Your excellent communication and facilitation skills support effective stakeholder engagement while your strengths in eliciting requirements and driving process improvements help align initiatives with broader business objectives.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Ideally holds or is working towards a Business Analysis certification (CBAP CCBA or ECBA); tertiary qualifications in Business Commerce Finance or IT are desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in a commercial environment with a strong focus on business-side operations.
  • Proven ability to lead Business Analyst teams and deliver complex integrated projects involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in both Waterfall and Agile (e.g. SCRUM) methodologies with the capability to support Product Owners and SMEs to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering and socialising Business Cases and integration requirements.
  • Comprehensive end-to-end project lifecycle experience performing business analysis activities from ideation through to go-live working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.

You will be required to undertake aFit2Work National Criminal History Check andhold or be willing to obtain aBlue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
