Anticipated Start: October 1 2025
Description:
The Mid-Level Administration/Clerical professional supports USTRANSCOMs JDDE by assisting with meeting coordination survey consolidation and documentation. Responsibilities include preparing agendas and ensuring compliance with DoD administrative standards. The role uses DoDAF templates for documentation and compliance support and tools like Microsoft Office and Agile documentation platforms. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years in administrative roles.
- Basic awareness of DoDAF templates.
- RMF documentation support.
- Familiarity with Agile and USTRANSCOM processes.
